This study and Scientific Research aim to prove that Starting the Fast of the Month of Ramadan According to the Astronomical Calendar is a (Sin) as indicated by the Legal Texts.

It is obligatory for Muslims not to start this blessed month by disobeying the Messenger of ALLAH, Muhammad (P.B.U.H), in this act of worship.

And disobeying the commands of the Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H), is disobeying the commands of ALLAH Almighty. May ALLAH Almighty guide us to do what He loves and is pleased with.
